Technologically-diverse executive with demonstrated success managing complex technical programs and teams and developing necessary strategy for execution. Since 2010 has inculcated numerous new programs for space and nuclear products including nuclear reactor, nuclear medical, heliophysics, planetary exploration and earth science. As a PhD Astrophysicist, has designed, developed, and launched numerous scientific missions for NASA and served as agency lead on major international missions, including Artemis 1 secondary payload deployment system and the selected payloads. Historical programmatic breadth formulating successful policy and strategies for program and mission design and development for various areas of science and technology.
